The horrid part


Back to spam the image section again! Anyway, this is what the back of the mask looks like for now. I actually rebuilt the frame underneath (it's a big mess of cardboard basically), so it fits better now. The plan is to break out the 3d printer again and make the back half once I get more of that magic plastic. Most likely I'll just make the top half of the head and cover it with that same cloth to cover the bottom half (likely with something to hold it where I want), so I can still get it over my head.

Ears are ready to go (they have been for some time now), just not printed. I have another project that I'm doing too - potentially a second 3D printer, sure enough - which is taking my focus (and filament) for now.
