    Celebrities

Contrast - - Kigurumi and Cosplay Discussion

    Post

Closest I can think of is DJ Minami Momochi but she's not exactly well known. There are individuals that are somewhat famous within kigurumi animegao circles but no one who is a national or international celebrity, as far as I know.

No idea how true it is but apparently white vinegar is good for brightening colours. Definitely take this with a pinch of salt and keep in mind it would probably be worthwhile experimenting with or researching it first just to make sure it’s not going to damage or straight up bleach it.

Can't really specify anything in particular since I use 3DS max and am not known for being very artistic in the first place but Imo the sides of the mouth curve too sharply upwards. Perhaps increasing the width of the lips or decreasing how high the lips curl slightly might make it look more natural. The mouth also seems to protrude more than seems natural but then again that might just be me imagining things. Regardless, I hope this turns out well for you.

I would say on the whole it would be great to see more people get into kigurumi as a hobby however at the same time we can't really predict what effect that would have on the community and how it is viewed. Currently It's quite a small but growing community that doesn't really receive much negative behaviour, however as it grows and/or becomes more known about it will unfortunately attract more trolls and other unsavoury individuals. On the other hand the larger the community the less likely the…

    Teen kigs

Contrast - - Kigurumi and Cosplay Discussion

    Post

I’m borderline not one anymore but still am technically, at least for the rest of this year. ✌︎('ω'✌︎ ) No need to worry there are plenty of younger fans and whilst the number of young kigs is relatively few, they do exist.

That’s a surprisingly popular fetish over in the east so I imagine that product is specially made to be easy to wash out. not exactly knowledgeable on the subject though alas, so I can’t really give you a definitive answer.

Don't quote me on this but as far as I've been told, padding and clothing do most of the work when it comes to getting a feminine figure. So long as you are healthy and not particularly burly then that alone should be enough. Exercise to be slim but don't aim for muscle kinda thing. Then again, I've also been told that cycling can give you a nice rear and/or thighs. Just the view of someone wholly unqualified so as said before take it with a grain of salt.

    Kigs in the UK?

Would recommend checking the maps, English kigs don't seem to be as active (at least online) as others elsewhere in the world but they certainly exist. Map 1: google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1…1.953867829779902%2C0&z=1 Map 2: zeemaps.com/map?group=2382668&add=1#

Quote from kawaii-jessica: “is skyrim actually worth a play through?” Can't speak for everyone but I'd say so. Is a bit dated but can be fun, especially if it's your first ever play through.

Bloody hell, wishing you the best of luck with that. Sounds like it was a massive fuss in the end.

    Am I weird?

Contrast - - Kigurumi and Cosplay Discussion

    Post

Well it's a pretty weird hobby in itself but it's nothing to feel bad about and as far as the kig community goes quite a lot (if not a majority) of kigs are male as well so that isn't particularly strange to see.

I believe a lot of the time people use tripods. You won't need a fancy one so if you really want one you could buy one for about 20-40 quid from Argos and probably even cheaper elsewhere. also bugger, sorry Renko, didn't notice the second page to this so didn't see that you'd already replied.

Here is a list of mask makers and the like if you're still searching for one/haven't seen it already: The Kigurumi Mask Maker's list As I'm sure others will attest to, there are plenty of other threads in the forums here that offer advice and help. If you need information or if you're just ever in the mood it's well worth a look in my opinion.

Ah, that's a shame to hear. Really unfortunate bit of luck there. As for fixing it, as Cici has said above I really don't think you can but you might be able to find hadetai gloves in the right skin tone for cheap somewhere which could at least hide the damage until you get a new suit. If not, perhaps shaving off the more prominent bits of fluff (very carefully) might help, although that admittedly might make it worse somehow.

The skirt looks a bit shorter than the original but other than that it looks rather well done in my unprofessional opinion. What do you think, happy with how it looks thus far?

I can't really say yay or nay but it seems the seller accepts returns if the mask isn't "as described" so that might alleviate some of the risk.
