I just took her there last week. She was much loved at the faire.

If it's any consolation, I still want to take Holo (to the left of this post as my avatar) to a renaissance faire to run around and be a silly harvest goddess. Reminds me, I should see when that's coming up again. Although I'll need flat shoes since family complained about me potentially tripping on rocks. And a comb to fix the hair from the wind.

Unfortunately, this is a fair point. You'd have to go to a theater with a box seat (or balcony seat where you can ensure privacy) and definitely talk it out with the manager beforehand. 20 years ago, this wouldn't be a problem. Our society is far more paranoid now, thanks to people being buttheads and doing violent things. To be honest, I want to take my pony furkig to give my niece a plush I bought her for Easter, and even though it would be a church, I'm still hesitant. There's just no telling…

My kig of Moonlight Sonata (mask made by Kigurumex FurKig) is also from the fandom referenced. I think I've put pictures of her up here as well.

Heroes of the Storm beta. Got lucky enough to get a beta invite plus four more keys. (One is handed out already.)

One of the fursuit characters I've taken on recently has a huge history of being provocative. However, I try to make her more mature - as a character who realizes the ambience she creates and being professional about it. (No, she won't take you to her hotel room, so don't try!) I don't think we have to worry too much unless costume props start to become tentacles and long rubbery tubes. As far as the prudish bit, yes, there's a crowd in kigurumi who are wholly dedicated to keeping it as pure as …

I played League (vs. ai only, not really a small group competition type) for a while. The new yordle champion had my eye for a time.

You have one other near you in Oklahoma. I am near the Tulsa area. (You are not required to give city as reciprocation.)

Cici covered most of it. I would like to add something on poses. The person who introduced me to kigurumi had been a Disney performer. They came to it with a strong sense of posing, camera work, and hyperattention to the crowd. It also shows; you catch her in any of her signature outfits, and bam, instant pose. I tried to copy this (I viewed her as a mentor.), and found myself lacking. When I played the character and just fell into it, without trying to pose for pictures or purposeful moments (e…

Guild Wars 2 on the PC, and I moonlight in Planetside 2 as well. Might look at Evolve when it appears on the horizon. Did bring out my 360 a while back and picked up Dynasty Warriors 8 and Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 - I'm a fan of the series concept, even though it gets incredibly ridiculous. (But that's part of what makes it fun.) Still miss my gaming group, if I had a local one, we'd definitely be doing some board games / miniatures wargaming / etc. Most of the folks near me are into stuff that…

I always answer the question fairly, at least once. There's a super long history, but I'll spare the gorier details. Long story short, I ended up with Holo as it felt like she most closely matched my personality. Sylandra, however, is a greater work in progress. Holo came about because of a maker who was willing and able to put it together (and she gets a lot of compliments, too). To the maker's credit, it was also the fastest I had ever received any mask/head portion of an outfit...and on time.
