I would recommend Antaina as they not only can do full-custom designs based on reference (useful for unusual cosplay shoes), but also allow ordering by e-mail if you don't want to deal with Taobao. shop35767391.taobao.com/

Most people rather go for a wrist zipper (is integrated into the side seam of the arm so you barely notice it) so they can just pop out their hands.

Your best bet is probably learning how to use a Taobao agent and order from there, pretty much every maker is getting their hadas from there and they only cost about 50bucks buying directly from the manufacturer (this set for example). Also, buying a 2B styled mask from 萌偶工坊 would be cheaper than making it yourself.

I've seen few female JoJo characters, not so much the the male ones but I think the reason as for why we haven't seen any yet it likely because of the over-the-top muscular padding that would be needed to be made, the masks on their own shouldn't be too hard (you could easily convert a MMD model's head into a mask for personal use).

You can airbrush hadatai just like any fabric with stencils (example), but as NekoKig mentioned it needs to be stretched out while doing so, it's also possible to apply temporary tattoos in the same manner (example).

Most makers can do follow-me eyes and a lot of chinese makers have it listed as "3D eyes" or "chasing eyes" in their product listing, but it's not very popular as anime faces are pretty flat and therefore the effect doesn't work as well as it does for fursuit heads, leading to the masks looking cross-eyed at many angles plus the pupils disappear when looking at the mask from the side. Anyways, here an example vid of follow-me eyes in kig, but for just changing expressions you might as well just …

While it's not inherently wrong, I don't think it's a good idea to say "kigurumi=cosplay" as it implies that everyone has to dressup as a pre-existing character, and the hobby is way more multifaceted than that with many people simply using it as a form of self-expression (similar as for why people use fursuits), so not everyone "acts" as a character.

Also I totally forgot that there's a chinese kig doing that kinda stuff, and she has a black uniform too.

Joytop Latex would make uniforms like that too, but you would have to deal with commissioning them via Taobao (they are the most popular latex provider among chinese kigs).

Quote from Neko-Nico: “ I think that before anyone makes any judgment calls over this DAME should be given a chance to directly respond to these accusations. TBH, until now, this really should have been none of our business, but since you have brought it public then it's probably best to hear it out.” They already have, the person above has become pretty infamous in the community for spamming their slander on every single kig-related site to the point that Dame had to put out a statement regardi…

Quote from NekoKig: “"why not a virtual kigurumi mask and tracking the facial expressions?" ” The masks of the kig maker Facemoe (former Sekiya) can already track the facial expressions that are done inside the mask in order to reflect them as animation in videos, that combination is called mtuber as in "mixed reality youtuber". Quote from NekoKig: “The Question: Do you think Virtual Youtubers pushing The Kigurumi Youtubers away and someday maybe they die out, or do you think they can still exis…

In regards to streaming, text-to-speech software seems to be the go-to choice for archiving an accurate feminine voice without sounding strange, no idea on what everyone uses tho.
